එක් කලෙක විධායක ජනාධිපති ක්රමය ඇති කළ හා එය රටට අත්යවශ්ය යයි කියූ අය අද එය ඉවත් කරලීමට කටයුතු කරති.
එක් කලෙක විධායක ජනාධිපති ක්රමය දැඩිලෙස විවෙචනය කළ අයම දැන් විධායක ජනාධිපති ක්රමය වෙනස්කිරීමට ගෙන යන වැඩපිළිවෙල කුමන්ත්රණයක් යයි කියති.
හෙට කුමක් වනු ඇත් ද?
අප ඉන්නේ ලංකාවෙ ය. ඒ නිසා හෙට වනු ඇත්තේ කුමක්දැයි කියන්නට අප හරියටම දන්නේ නැත.
සමහරවිට එය කුමක් වෙදැයි කියන්නට දෙවියන් වත් දනී දැයි කියන්නට බැරි ය.
බලය දූෂනයට හේතු වෙන අතර අසීමිත බලය අසීමිත දූෂණයට හේතු වෙයි. පුද්ගලයා කවුදැයි අදාළ වන්නේ ඉතාම කලාතුරකිනි.
ඒ නිසා කවුරු බලයේ හිටියත් අපි කැමති ඔය බඩ කඩුත්තුව අකුලා ගන්නවා නම් ය.

Lee Kuan Yew was an autocratic leader and held the leadership for 31 years. His rule was criticized by the west for lack of human rights, however, it was under his iron rule that this poor country become a modern and a wealthy nation. This is not to say an autocratic leadership automatically guarantees the achievements like Singapore, but a strong and stable leadership is more conducive to a 3rd world country seeking development than an unstable and weak (but more democratic) leadership. An example would be prescribing a stronger medicine despite its higher side effects when a patient is critically ill. Even though there are weaker medicines with less side effects, they wouldn’t cure the critical patient.

ජේආර් ජයවර්ධන සිය බහුබූත ව්යවස්ථාව ඉදිරිපත් කළේ ද ඔය සිංගප්පුරු තර්කය ඉදිරිපත් කරමින් බව අපට යාන්තමට මතක ඇත. ඔහු කීවෙ ඔහු ද ශ්රී ලංකාව සිංගප්පුරුවක් කරන බව ය.
අද ජේආර්ගේ විරුද්ධවාදීන්ම එම තර්කය නැවත ගෙනෙන විට ජේආර් එහා ලෝකයේ සිට උන්ට හිනාවෙනවා ඇත.
